Online Learning
At Stanground St Johns, we value learning both inside and outside of school. Our homework is set online through these websites:
Homework is set every week, usually on a Friday. It is really important
that children are encouraged to complete this homework. It doesn’t take very long to complete and will aid your child in their learning in school. If children are unable to access the internet at home, you need to notify your child’s class teacher and fill in a form to attend homework club. Likewise, if you are unsure of your child’s login or are unsure if you are completing the correct homework, please speak to your child’s class teacher.
It is an expectation that ALL children complete their homework, as stated in the school policy.
We also encourage other forms of online learning and are now using Purple Mash in school as part of our computing teaching and across the curriculum. Your child is encouraged to use this at home to enhance their learning further.
Purple Mash can be found at Purplemash
With the emergence of more online learning, it is vital that we remain safe when online. Please check out Stanground St Johns Acceptable use policy and information on e-safety.
