Meet The Class
The Reception Class is called 'Peterborough Class'. We are located in the new building, over looking the field. We are very lucky to also have a purpose built outdoor play area for the children to access in all weathers- waterproofs at the ready!!!!!!
The children coming into school this September are a fantastic bunch. Although a fairly small class I'm sure they will keep me on my toes!!!!. They were all invited to visit the classroom for a couple of 'taster' sessions at the end of last term and by the look of the photos, all the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves... and not a tear was shed ( at least not by the children!!!!).
We are very fortunate to have a full-time Teaching Assistant working in the class. Her name is Mrs Craythorne and she is very experienced at working with the younger children. Mrs Craythorne and I are a great team; we have worked together for many years ensuring the children have a happy, safe and progressive year.
