'What is so special about the Bible?'

On Tuesday we welcomed John Hardwick to school. John is a member of  'Barnabus', a team which offers a range of activities to promote ‘excellence and enjoyment’ in the ongoing RE and PSHE work of a school. He came to  help us to explore Christianity creatively. John led a whole school assembly on the theme 'What's so special about the Bible?', which was informative, great fun and had us crying with laughter!. He then worked with every class, exploring the Christian's special book through storytelling, drama, dance and music. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day.
